Whole30 – Day 16

The nice weather is slow leaving North Carolina so we aren’t spending as much time outside these days. Yesterday was cold and rainy so we had a lot of warm comfort food.

Breakfast: Fried Egg, Bacon and Pineapple

Lunch: Baked Sweet Potato with leftover bacon and pineapple

In the afternoon while both littles were sleeping Jude and I did some fun worksheets and colored together. I love spending one-on-one time with that kid and I’m always amazed at how quickly he picks up new things. He just learned how to add the other day and he loves it.

Dinner: Beef Stew

The beef stew was a perfect way to end a cold and rainy day. It had been cooking all day long in the slow cooker and smelled absolutely divine, I will most certainly be making this one again.

My Evening Snack was a small bowl of frozen berries and a cup of hot tea!
