Whole30 – Day 17

Yesterday was cold and rainy so we ate a lot of comfort foods.

Breakfast: I started off the morning with some bacon and eggs.

Eggs and BaconNothing fancy, just yummy.

After breakfast I took the littles and we went to the gym. We were running pretty slow so I didn’t get to stay long but I managed to do 30 min on the elliptical.

Lunch: Leftover Beef Stew

Left Over Beef StewI was super hungry after my workout and this giant bowl of paleo beef stew hit the spot.

Dinner: Curry Chicken

Curry Chicken

It was a little spicier than the last time I made it and I made it exactly the same. Even though it was spicy it still tasted yum, especially topped with avocado.

In the evening we made some homemade white sweet potato chips and they were pretty good. Going to try a few changes and then I’ll post a recipe!
