Whole30 – Day 15

Half Way There!

Yesterday was a busy and fun day.

In the morning I took both littles with me to the gym for the first time. They both did wonderfully so I’m planning on going twice a week.

In the afternoon we had a play date with some friends.

Breakfast: Scrambled Egg with Ham and Kabochascrambled egg with ham and kabocha

I threw in a little ham and some leftover kabocha into my eggs and it was yummy!

Lunch: Chorizo, hard boiled egg, tomato and leftover kabocha

chorizo and egg

Lunch was a bit of a hodge podge but it was tasty. I heated up some chorizo and the leftover kabocha. I also added some diced tomato and one of the hard boiled eggs.

Dinner: Chicken Fajitas

Snacks: I had an apple after my workout at the Y and last night had some frozen berries while we watched TV. I think frozen blackberries and raspberries might be my new favorite evening treat.

  • Whole30 – Day 9

We’re still doing pretty well with the Whole30 challenge. I’m having a harder time dealing with the sugar cravings, especially in the evening. I used to use chocolate as a stress reliever but now I need to find a new stress release. Thankfully I haven’t been as stressed lately as usual, maybe the Paleo diet…

  • Whole30 Day 4

Grocery shopping happened yesterday so our cupboards and refrigerator are full of paleo-friendly foods. I bought a rotisserie chicken at the grocery store and we ate 3 meals from one chicken. I highly advise buying a rotisserie chicken because it’s quick protein that tastes great. I also bought a whole chicken, already cut up, that…
