Whole30 – Day 15

Half Way There!

Yesterday was a busy and fun day.

In the morning I took both littles with me to the gym for the first time. They both did wonderfully so I’m planning on going twice a week.

In the afternoon we had a play date with some friends.

Breakfast: Scrambled Egg with Ham and Kabochascrambled egg with ham and kabocha

I threw in a little ham and some leftover kabocha into my eggs and it was yummy!

Lunch: Chorizo, hard boiled egg, tomato and leftover kabocha

Lunch was a bit of a hodge podge but it was tasty. I heated up some chorizo and the leftover kabocha. I also added some diced tomato and one of the hard boiled eggs.

Dinner: Chicken Fajitas

Snacks: I had an apple after my workout at the Y and last night had some frozen berries while we watched TV. I think frozen blackberries and raspberries might be my new favorite evening treat.

    Healthy Almond Pumpkin Muffins

My family loves pumpkin muffins and we used to make these cake mix pumpkin muffins but this recipe uses almond flour which makes them gluten-free and paleo-friendly. They are melt-in-your-mouth moist and have a touch of sweetness. These muffins are perfect for breakfast or a snack as they aren’t overly sweet. Ingredients and Substituions ALMOND…
