Weekly Meal Plan

·

The long Thanksgiving weekend coming to an end which means it’s time to start preparing for the coming week. My first step in preparing for the week is to look over my calendar and take note of all our family commitments. After I’ve taken inventory of our activities for the week I can plan our meals and other necessities.

This week is pretty typical so I’m planning on some quick and easy meals to keep everyone happy and fed. The only exemptions are this weekend (Friday and Saturday) we have some exciting activities planned that will impact our meals.

Sunday – BBQ Chicken Quesadillas

Monday – Spaghetti + Meat Sauce

Tuesday – Carne Asada Rice Bowls

Wednesday – Chicken Curry + Naan

Thursday – Gnocchi + Salad

Friday – Out

Saturday – Out

    Blueberry Yogurt Pops

I’m sure I don’t have to tell you this but it’s HOT. I think the heat index yesterday was 106… seriously 106. Needless to say we’ve spent a lot of time indoors the past few days. To keep busy and cool I’ve been researching how to make some yummy cool treats.  I doubt I invented…

  • Whole30 – Day 10

Another fairly normal day for the Lieb family. Jude went to preschool, Joe went to work and I stayed home with the littles all day. I have always enjoyed cooking but have recently found it a challenge with 3 little kids but I’m learning that like everything else I do with 3 littles it just…
