Mama’s Wish List

I have a hard time coming up with things to add to my Christmas list. I tend to add boring things that I need rather than fun things that I want. Joe has to remind me that Christmas is a magical time and a new plunger isn’t a very magical gift.

So this year I decided to start a Google doc wish list where I could add items throughout the year as I think of them. Here is my Mama Wish List:

Cusinart 11 Plus Food Processor – Now Joe would argue that this isn’t a very “fun” gift but I disagree.  However, I know for a fact that I am getting this for Christmas! We found a great deal on it at Costco so I assisted Joe in getting it for me!

New Purse – I love a good purse but I’m super picky about my bags. I absolutely adore these Date Night bags from Rachel Elise on Etsy. (The design I really loved is now sold, so fingers crossed!!!)

Happy Little Lovelies necklace – I’ve been admiring the Lovely Whimsical Collection necklaces from Happy Little Lovelies. (I actually bought myself the necklace pictured above because she was having a great Cyber Monday sale!)

These awesome boots from Target – I love the colorful zipper on the back. However, I haven’t been able to find my size online or in any of my local stores.

Laptop – I really can’t beg too much here since Joe did get me an awesome new Mac Mini last Christmas but I would love the mobility of a laptop.

Monthly Date Nights with Joe – I’d love to have schedule and/or prepaid date nights scheduled once a month. sushi, movies, shows, etc…

An IKEA gift card and childless trip to IKEA – no explanation needed.

And of course all of the typical things like someone to clean my house, a spa gift certificate, Target gift card, etc….

I think my list is fairly reasonable (aside from the laptop and maybe IKEA trip). We’ll see what Santa brings.
