Last year was the 1st year I didn’t go shopping on Black Friday. I had a 4 week old baby that was recovering from a 3 day stay in the hospital for RSV. Only a few things can come between me and my holiday shopping and my kids are certainly on the top of that list. Even though I spent most of the day cuddling a sweet little baby I did manage to send Joe out to pick up a few deals.
Thanks to sites like Find&Save I’m able to scope out the best deals before the big day.
Did you know that, “67 percent of shoppers not only research and map out a plan for Black Friday, but also have a different strategy each year based on where they will find the best deals.” I’m one of the 67 percent. I’m a planner, I like to have a plan so I know I’m getting the best bang for my buck. According to a recent survey by Find&Save they have identified 2 different types of Black Friday shoppers, the Night Owl (leave their house before 5:00 AM) and the Early Bird (leave their house after 5:00 AM). I’m an Early Bird, I need my beauty sleep.
Thanks to smartphones we can continue our Black Friday deal search while we’re on the road by using the Find&Save app for iPad or iPhone.
I will map out plan the night before with my wish list items but will then utilize the Fin&Save app while I’m out shopping to insure that I’m getting the best deal. Find&Save is a great place find all the best Black Friday Sales.
After a short hiatus from my Black Friday Shopping I’m ready to hit the stores on Friday.
Will you be shopping on Black Friday? Are you a Night Owl or Early Bird Shopper?
