I Married a Rock Star
People always say Joe looks like Dave Grohl, I see the resemblance but mostly see my hot husband. However, Joe is actually a pretty good musician, he even had a band for awhile.
When Joe and I started dating when he was in a band, The Radio Silence. When I first met him I thought he was an aloof musician that was more interested in his music than anything else, boy was I wrong. Really, he just didn’t know how to talk to girls but somehow we started dating. Not long after we started dating his band had a CD release party, which also happened to be their last show. 🙁 Joe wrote a lot of the songs himself and collaborated with the other band members to create a pretty awesome album, with the help from the talented Chris Kincaid. (Last year Joe and Chris recorded a cover of Queen and Bowie’s Under Pressure)
The band broke up, guys got married and started families. For a brief time Joe and I were in a band together but then we started having babies and life got busy. Joe doesn’t play much anymore even though I know he misses it. He may not actually be a rock star but he’ll always be that hot guitar player I fell in love with.
