I prefer to not put a ton of medicine in my kid’s bodies. But there is nothing more frustrating that trying to sleep with congestion. 
Since babies don’t have the ability to blow their nose or tell you when they can’t breathe it’s important to use preventative measures to ensure that baby can breathe easily all night. Using a humidifier keeps the air moist which keeps nasal passages clear and coughs at bay, which may result in a longer, peaceful nights sleep. (I’m all for more sleep!)
