Whole30 – Day 22

Yesterday I hit the gym in the morning but not before eating a big breakfast.

Breakfast: Scrambled Egg with Hamburger and Roasted Red Pepper

Lunch: half and avocado, turkey, tomato, cucumber and an apple. I also roasted a few slices of sweet potato a little later and topped them with some of the avocado, delicious.

Dinner: Taco Salad – seasoned ground beef, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, clover sprouts, bell pepper, guacamole and Joe added black olives to his.

In the evening while we watch the Season Premier of White Collar I had some hot tea and a few frozen berries.
