Whole30 – Day 8

Joe is having a hard time with our Whole30 Challenge. He really misses his snack foods so when he planned on having a few guys over last night we started researching Paleo-friendly snacks and he decided on wings. He did a lot of recipe research and pretty much perfected Paleo wings (recipe to come).

Breakfast: Spinach & Sweet Potato Egg Scramble. (My camera didn’t take a picture like I thought it did so no picture of my yummy breakfast.)

Lunch: I’d planned on eating left over fajitas but they were so good there were no left overs. So I had some left over chicken, cucumber, carrots and apple.

Paleo Lunch

Dinner: Zucchini Noodles & Meatballs

Zucchini Noodles & MeatballsThis was my first time making meatballs and they actually turned out pretty awesome. I’ll share my recipe soon. The Zucchini noodles were pretty good too!

Joe’s Wing Buffet:

Paleo WingsHe made 4 different types of wings sauce, all from scratch. The guys loved them and I thought they were pretty good too. 🙂
