15 of the Best Board Books

I’ve read a lot of board books, good and bad. Babies and toddlers love board books so when picking out books to buy just remember you will probably have to read this book over 50 times. Not all board books are created equal so here are some board books that I love and don’t mind reading a million times.

  3. Oh my heart! What a great list. So many of these books are from my childhood so I’m over here overdosing on nostalgia. We have a lot of these and we love love love the Eric Carle collection- we had a hungry Caterpillar themed birthday party for my 1 year old. Reading together becomes so much more fun when it takes you back to your own childhood!

  4. Great selection of books! I LOVE board books, even still for my destructive 2 & 3 year olds. I have some of these and have found other great options in our public libraries. I particularly love the Dr Seuss books but the longer versions are even better ?
