Carne Asada Rice Bowl

(I’ve you’ve never tried Trader Joe’s Carne Asada you should, because it’s awesome. We love tacos, burritos, enchiladas, etc… but sometimes I want fewer tortillas in my life.

Well, the following day we need a simple lunch option so I threw together Carne Asada rice bowls.
