RECIPE: Black Bean Dip

I made this for our Church Community Group last night and it was a hit so I thought I’d share the recipe. (I got this recipe from a friend, who got it from a friend and I modified it a bit to my liking!)

1 Can Black Beans (drained)
1 Can Corn (drained)
1/2 Red Onion (diced)
1 Large Tomato (diced)
1 Avocado (diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 jalapeno (finely diced)
Any other peppers you desire
Juice from 1 Lime
Salt and Pepper

Mix all of these ingredients in a bowl!
Serve with Chips!
