Whole30 – Day 28

Joe worked from home again yesterday which is always nice, even if he spends most of the day hiding away in the office. It’s nice to know he’s close by if I need an extra hand.

I wasn’t super hungry when I woke up so I ate a fairly small breakfast

Breakfast: 2 Scrambled EggsScrambled Eggs

Lunch: Avocado Chicken Salad topped with tomato and a side of pineapple

Dinner: Slow Cooker Split Chicken Breasts with Onions and Mushrooms and Cucumbers

Snacks: Raw Almonds and Dried Pineapple and a Bosc Pear in the evening
