Whole30 – Day 27

Jude finally caught what we all had been passing around so we had a low key day at home watching TV and cuddling.

Breakfast: Avocado Eggs

Lunch: Baked Sweet Potato with Roast Beef (I had a side of celery but I was full and decided to save it for later)

Dinner: Short Ribs and Green Beans – I made Parsnip & Sweet Potato fries but I burned the crap out of them so only a few were salvageable.

Snack: In the afternoon I had a few almonds. In the evening Joe and I had apples with almond butter.
