Whole30 – Day 11

I need to go grocery shopping, yesterday’s meals were a bit of a hodgepodge of random things I could find in the house. I think we did pretty well with what we had.

I woke up super early to get the stitches removed from my hand where I stabbed myself  with a knife on day 1 of our Whole 30 challenge. Joe got to work from home which is always nice, having an extra pair of hands around to take care of the kids.

Breakfast: Scrabbled Egg and Avocado

scrambled Eggs and Avocado

Lunch: Baked Sweet Potato topped with Left Over Chili and Avocado and a bit of pineapple

baked sweet potato & chili

Dinner: Hawaiian Shredded Chicken with Tomato, Sweet Potato Fries & Artichoke

shredded chicken, artichoke & sweet potato fries

Snacks: I had a bit of trailmix and some hot tea in the evening. I did much better today on not snacking as much, I think having bigger and more filling meals helps a lot.
