Today my first born turns 4 years old!

Dear Jude,

I remember the day you were born. It was raining and I had been in labor for over 24 hours. It was a tough day but one of my proudest moments of my life. Little did I realize at the time how challenging parenting would be but also how overwhelmingly rewarding. We’ve taught each other a lot of the past 4 years and while it hasn’t always been easy I am so thankful that you have been gracious toward me when I make mistakes. Your spirit is vibrant and you live up to the meaning of your name, “Praise, Fire”. You live each day with a song of praise and a fiery passion. I love being your mom and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. Happy Birthday Jude Dude!
