2B Mom Cloth: Best Bottoms Diaper Review + Giveaway
The Best Bottom Diaper is a One-Size system that works similar to a pocket-diaper without having to stuff anything. It’s a hybrid diaper that allows you to simply snap in the insert. One thing I like about this type of diaper is that you can simply change out the insert and use the same shell for a wet only diaper. After the diaper is soiled or starts to smell you can use a different shell. This is not only saves on the amount of bulk in your diaper laundry but also the number of full diapers you need to purchase. They suggest you purchase 8-10 shells and 18-24 inserts.
One of the features I’m not sure how I feel about is the different size inserts. I understand that a toddler size insert would be much too big for a newborn diaper but I don’t like the idea of having to buy more inserts. However, the inserts are fairly inexpensive and even if you choose to use the cheapest diapering option, pre-folds, you still have to buy different size diapers and covers. So really you are still saving a good bit of money and gaining a quicker diaper change. I do however love the color and design options. I love two-tone diapers, they are just plain fun.
