It’s Christmas time! This year I’m really excited about Christmas for some reason. I don’t know if it’s because of Jude or what but I like it. Last night we decorated our tree and Jude helped… well sort of. We only decorated the top half of the tree with our regular ornaments and the bottom half is decorated with Jude safe ornaments. He’s had fun removing the ornaments and trying to put them back.
Helping Daddy open all the ornament packages.

Our Tree
Our Tree is primarily composed of fun ornaments and bright colors.
Our Honeymoon ornament
A few of our Star Wars Ornaments
Boba Fett and the Death Star
Obi Wan and an AT-AT
Every year we tried to buy a special ornament that signifies a moment in our lives. We have many Star Wars ornaments, Sponge Bob, Brobee, The Hungry Little Caterpillar, Veggie Tales, Guitars, Frogs, and many more. I love our tree!
Check out some more awesome trees at the Mama Bzz.

As promised here is my first belly picture at 21 Weeks. Over half way there. Things are going great and I’m starting to get excited about baby #2. Now a few things that make me happy, a la Pretty Swell style. (If you don’t follow Pretty Swell you totally should… just sayin) listening to Jude…
I love special Christmas pajamas. When I was growing up we never really had dedicated pajamas to wear on Christmas but I think it might be a tradition we start with our kids. Joe’s mom bought these super cute striped pajamas for the boys. Jude calls them his candy cane pajamas. They wore them Christmas…
Noah was a big baby at birth, 11lbs to be exact, so he developed skills a little fast than most kids his age. He was rolling to one side at 2 months, which meant he had self imposed tummy time a lot. I would still get on the floor and play with him and encourage…
It’s easy to dwell upon the bad things in life. I try VERY HARD to NOT complain, especially online. (There are plenty of people who have that field covered.) I try to follow the saying, “If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.” Which often leaves me with a lot…
It all happened so fast. One day he was a tiny little baby sleeping soundly in his crib and now he’s in a big boy bed. One day he learned to climb out of his crib and everything we knew about getting Jude to sleep was thrown out the window. Bed time and naps became…
