How I freshen up after a workout
I try to work out 3 times a week. Sometimes I go to the gym, sometimes I head outside. Exercise helps me maintain the energy and strength I need to keep up with my 4 busy boys. However, I don’t always have time to take a shower immediately after my workout. (Busy boys and all) So I have a little refresh routine I do after I exercise until I can take a shower, just to keep myself moderately clean.
I typically wipe away my sweat… I mean glow, then I wash my face and down below with Summer’s Eve Cleansing Cloths.
