The first day of holiday break is rough for my kids. They enjoy school so not seeing their friends or doing “activities” is a struggle. It’s even more difficult when it’s raining outside and they are confined to the house. Thankfully the first day of holiday break coincided with the launch of the new Netflix Original Series of Veggie Tales In The House.
The beloved faith-based brand hits the small screen with a fresh new look and all-new adventures. Join Bob the Tomato, Larry the Cucumber, and all their veggie friends as they explore new areas of their wondrous house while singing catchy, original songs included in each episode. Perfect for young families, this laugh-out-loud comedy seamlessly weaves good moral values into each episode in a fun, exciting way for Veggie lovers of all ages.
My boys have always love Veggie Tales so they were very excited about the new episodes on Netflix. I’m thrilled that we have some new, parent-approved and children loved, TV shows to watch over this holiday break.
I am part of the Netflix Stream Team ambassador program. I received no compensated for my time, but I was provided product. All opinions listed are 100% my own.

For Halloween, we decided to create pumpkin art, but I wanted to try something new, so we made these fun paint-resistant crayon pumpkins. They are super easy…
I love that Scotties Facial Tissues is such a large supporter of organizations like The Pine Street Inn which provides shelter for the homeless. January was a great month for 100 homeless people in Boston who are now living in permanent supportive housing thanks to the generosity of The Pine Street Inn. The Pine Street…
I never know what to get my dad for Father’s Day. He’s the type of dad that buys things from himself whenever he wants them. In the past he has actually made me return things I bought him so I could keep the money. I’ve found the best gifts for my dad (the ones he…
“Random Acts of Zhu” was established last holiday season as a way to provide toys to children in need. This year Cepia, LLC selected several bloggers to donate 104 ZhuZhu Pets and Kung Zhu to give to the charity of their choice. We chose to give our 104 ZhuZhu Pets to the Raleigh Rescue Mission….
It’s 8 am and everyone is begging for breakfast but I have a baby with a stinky diaper. I run upstairs to change him only to find there are no more diapers in the box. I start to panic and then remember to check the diaper bag. Nothing. I run to the car and search…
I love it when my boys smile, but nothing is better than the smile on their face after they haven’t been feeling well. Recently, Jude had surgery and it was so sad to see him there in the hospital. It was so sad to see him lying there, so little and helpless. I just wanted…
