I’m getting my pre-baby body back.
I’m not in a lot of pictures, mostly because I’m usually the one taking them but partly because I don’t like how I look on camera.
One of my New Years Goals was to get my pre-baby body back. With each pregnancy I’ve added about 10lbs.
Here are the facts:
I’m 5′ 7″
Before Jude was born I weighed 150lbs
After Simon was born I weighed 189lb
In January we did the Whole30 challenge and have since adapted a primarily Paleo lifestyle and I’ve lost 20lbs in about 2 months.
I currently weigh 167lbs
My goal weight is 150 by my birthday May 12th.
Since I’ve started losing weight I feel so much better. It so much easier for me to play with the kids and my energy levels have never been higher. Weighing less give me more energy which helps me lose more weight. Up until this point I’ve be eating fairly healthy and not really exercising as much. I’ve been losing weight everyone except my belly, which is where I carry most of my weight. I once heard a fitness instructor say that to lose belly weight increase cardio training and reduce sugar intake. So that is my plan for the next 2 months.
Just like I blogged about our Whole30 challenge I am going to blog about my weight loss challenge and I would love it if you would join me. (Don’t worry this won’t become a weight loss blog, I still plan on holding awesome giveaways and sharing stories about my cute kids. I’m trying to share more about my personal life and this is what is currently going on with me.)
