Back-to-School shopping with eBay

We are getting ready to go back-to-school shopping for the first time. (I don’t know if it’s still considered “back-to” since it’s the first time but whatever.) Jude will be starting a 5-day a week preschool program this fall.

The beginning of the school year is like a fresh start. New books, new clothes, new goals and a tinge of excitement. Even though there comes a point where all kids dread going to school there is always the thrill of the first day of school.

I remember when I was young the first day of school was almost as exciting as the first day of vacation. I carefully packed my backpack with my new supplies and would lay out the perfect outfit for the first day. I woke up early so I would have enough time to look my best. It was exciting and I kind of miss that part of life. I don’t, however, miss all the homework!

I hope Jude experiences that same thrill that comes on the first day of school. I’m pretty sure he’ll wake up before the sun on the first day, hopefully I can find that same excitement to get up that early too.

He will need a lot of supplies even for preschool. All of that stuff starts to add up rather quickly. I’m all about saving money and I love eBay. Did you know I bought my wedding dress off eBay? Yeah, it was such a great deal and I loved it.
