One of my favorite things to give as Christmas gifts are personalized items. Anyone can buy a standard story book the day before Christmas but personalization shows that you put great thought into the gift. Just Kids Gifts offerschildren’s personalized music CD’s, personalized photo DVD’s, and personalized music DVD’s, all of which would make great gifts.
I wanted to get a personalized book for Noah to celebrate his birth but because we had a home birth it was a little challenging to find a book that didn’t reference the hospital so I opted to get a book for Jude. Every night before bed we read books, sing and pray with Jude. So I got him the Gods Special Gifts to Me Personalized Book. Because Jude is a fairly unique name he knows the story is about him and I can tell it makes him feel very special. There is even a part at the end of the story that mentions his friends by name and he thinks that is pretty funny.

What kind of a Valentine’s Day gift guide would this be without some sexy lingerie? Yandy has a great selection of Valentine’s Day lingerie which I think would make the perfect gift for the man in your life. I choose the Polka Dot Mesh Bra Set because it’s sexy yet still sensible. Of course…
Boys are made up 50% dirt. It’s a fact, I have 2 boys and they are always in need of a bath and don’t get me started on their clothes. I’m amazed at how many stains they can get on their clothes in one day. But luckily I don’t have to spend a lot of…
One of the first TV shows that Jude fell in love with was Yo Gabba Gabba. He still loves the show so when we received a Yo Gabba Gabba toddler blanket from the new line of bedding he was stoked. We also received the newest DVD, Yo Gabba Gabba Super Spies and as usual it…
When my oldest son was a baby we collected a few Uglydolls, despite their name they are actually very cute stuffed creatures that are fun and quirky. When I heard they were making a movie about Uglydolls I was pretty intrigued. Uglydolls is a sweet and fun movie that kids will find fun and heartwarming….
Washing dishes is never fun but if you can’t have fun at least make it look fun. You know I consider myself to be pretty “green” but I’d never thought about a reusable scrubber. I mean it makes perfect sense, not only is it good for the environment but is saves money. Once it gets…
Every day Jude asks we can go “winming”. That’s swimming in toddler-ese. Luckily we are members of our local YMCA so we try to visit the indoor pool as much as possible. He’s 2 but not yet ready to be potty trained and I’m not about to buy disposable diapers just for swimming. We love…
