Joe LOVES Ice Cream. I love it too but it does not love me back. I’m trying to lose this baby weight and our nightly bowl of ice cream is NOT helping. Well, I have finally discovered a way to enjoy an occasional frozen treat and stay on my weight lose course, Weight Watchers Ice Cream.
Weight Watchers has a new line of Frozen Treats like the Snack Size Ice Cream Sandwiches, Dark Chocolate Dulcé de Leché Dessert Bars, Strawberry Fruit Bar, and Strawberry Smoothie Bar. I’m a total chocolate lover but I think my favorite is the Strawberry Smoothie Bar, it’s a blend of low-fat strawberry frozen yogurt and real strawberries. This bar is a good source of vitamin C and has the creamy goodness of a smoothie with just 60 calories and a PointsPlus value of 2 per bar.
I do also really like the Snack Size Ice Cream Sandwiches which are the perfect size to give me my chocolate fix. They are made with Dutch Chocolate and Vanilla Bean and at only 80 calories each that’s a win in my book. The Dark Chocolate Dulce de Leche Dessert Bars were good but Dulce de Leche is always a little too sweet for me. I know how can something be too sweet? And the Strawberry Fruit Bars are just pure fresh strawberry goodness, perfect for warm weather or to sooth a sore throat.

St. Patrick’s Day is over but you can go green with MYX Tea all year long. I love tea. My absolute favorite teas are green teas with a fruit. So I was very excited to given the opportunity to review MYX’s green pomegranate with mint tea. One cold evening I made a warm cup of green…
Jude is an active learner. Meaning he has to constantly be moving while doing most anything. All kids are inquisitive and love hands on learning. Every night we read to Jude before bed. It helps him to calm down and acts as a sign that it’s time to go to sleep. He loves being read to any time of day but when he’s tired sometimes he’ll grab a book and head to his room. So CuteA week ago we added…
I pretty much never leave the house without a snack in my bag. I started carrying around snacks when I was pregnant with Jude. Constantly eating helped keep the nausea away. Today, I’m not pregnant but I still eat a little throughout the day. Eating a little here and there keeps me from becoming super…
I’ve been slowly introducing multiplication to Jude in anticipation for this upcoming school year. We’ve learned skip counting and have discussed the concept of multiplication but we have only briefly touched on learning our multiplication tables. I had a hard time memorizing my multiplication tables so I’m working diligently with Jude so he easily learn…
