I love making BBQ Sandwiches either with Chicken or Pork. I simple put the meat in the slow cooker with the sauce, maybe some onions and cook on low for about 7 hours. Shred up the meat and put in on a bun and it’s heavenly. What really makes great BBQ is the sauce. I’ve tried a lot of sauces and there are so many variations of sauce to choose from. Everyone has their favorite.
Recently, I tried the Trifecta BBQ Sauce and it was delicious. The Trifecta BBQ Sauce is an all-natural tomato-based barbecue sauce with a sweet and spicy characteristic that does not take away from the smokey tang, which gives it originality. IT has a wonderful consistency not too thin and not too thick, perfect for making sandwiches.

Over the weekend we had a Disney Side celebration with family. Jude, Noah and Simon along with their 8 cousins threw themselves one awesome Disney party. My Star Wars buff husband, Joe would wear a Star Wars t-shirt every day if he could. But with his current job he is supposed to dress business casual. He does on occasion slip a fun white t-shirt under his dress shirts. Like his new Elivis Meets Vader T-shirt from Headline Shirts. Taken from the…
My boys love fruit. When the box of Lil Snappers fruit arrived I unpacked the contents and left it on the kitchen table. Soon after the boys discovered the haul of fruit they devoured 2 mandarin oranges and an apple, each! I had to move the fruit to higher ground so they wouldn’t spoil their…
We saw Cirque du Soleil Quidam last night at the PNC Arena here in Raleigh. I went to college near Orlando, Florida and always wanted to attend the Cirque du Soleil show at Disney but as a poor college student I never had the money, then Quidam came to Raleigh. Joe and I took some…
Jude loves to play with my iPhone but he’s only allowed to play with it on special occasions so I try to make it a big deal. I love that there are so many educational games for kids available on the iPhone. Companies like Infantino realize the need for fun and educational games created specifically…
Last night I had to joy of cleaning our bathtub after an unnamed tiny fella had an accident while bathing. However, instead of complaining I took it as an opportunity to test out my new Ecover bath cleaner. While cleaning poo from the tub isn’t fun it was over in a snap. I particularly love…
