I love cheese, especially really good cheese. I was thrilled to try the Limited Edition Holiday Reserve Cheese from Cracker Barrel. We made several delicious treats with our cheese. It was great on several different sandwiches we made including a fabulous grilled cheese and tomato sandwich. It’s also great with crackers for a snack or finger food for holiday party. The cheese has a great nutty yet sweet flavor and a slight sharpness which I love in a good cheddar cheese. Joe really loved this cheese and I have a feeling we will be buying as much as we can before it’s no longer available.

March is Women’s History Month, a great time to celebrate women’s achievements and contributions throughout history. Women like Elizabeth Blackwell, the first female doctor; paleontologist Sue Hendrickson; Mae Jemison, the first African-American woman to travel into space and more. All of these women are an inspiration to little girls and boys across America. Both you…
Joe is a bit of a techy. We can easily max out all of the outlets in the house charging his various gadgets. So when I first heard about the Powermat, I knew it was just what we needed. I really love the portable Powermat which still has the same benefits of the standard Powermat…
I love tea. Especially in the cooler months. I’m partial to black teas. Irish breakfast tea is my all time favorite but over the recent years I’ve branched out and tried almost every type of tea out there. I love flavored teas and green teas. I’m not a huge Chai fan but when Golden Moon…
I’m so blessed to have kids that like vegetables and eat them willingly, most of the time. On occasion they refuse to eat their veggies and try to pull out the “picky eater”. In our house you have to try everything on your plate no matter how many previous times you’ve tried the same food….

Over the weekend Jude and I had the opportunity to go on a mother/son date. We saw the preview screening of Madagascar 3. Jude has seen the first Madagascar movie and he loved it so I knew it would be a big hit. I was a little concerned because we were seeing the 3D version…
