Xtrema sent me the 10′ Skillet. The other night I used my Xtrema Skillet to saute perogies and they were delicious. The Xtrema Skillet heated up fairly quickly and retained the heat better than most pans which means I can use a lower heat setting. I particularly love that the pan was easy to clean and can be put in the dishwasher.
