May is a great and busy month in our home. Not only do we celebrate mother’s day but both Joe and I celebrate our birthdays. We are 2 years and 1 week apart, he’s older! Well this year I’m turning the big three zero so I thought I’d have a little fun with a mega birthday bash celebration.

I’m in the midst of lining up some great products for both him and myself to review and giveaway. The Birthday Bash will occur over the duration of the month of May. So far I’ve got some really great stuff lined up and I’m working on getting more.
Extra Entries
Of course I’m going to offer you the opportunity to gain extra entries. Here are two ways to gain extra entries before the start of the Birthday Bash on May 1st.
RSVP to the event. Leave a comment telling me what gifts you or your spouse would like to receive for your birthday this year. (2 extra entries)
Add the Birthday Bash Button to your blog. Leave a comment with the URL address of where I can find the link. (5 extra entries)

I finally finished Jude’s Hat and my first knitting project. (Actually it was my second attempt at making a hat for him, we were off a little on our calculations for the first one. And I didn’t actually “finish” this one, Joe did the final touches.) But that’s beside the point, the point is that…

Thursday is my 4th wedding anniversary. Even though it feels like I’ve been married longer than that I can vividly remember our first date. 1 week after our 1st date at the Knightdale Christmas Parade with my whole family! Over the course of about 8 years our paths crossed numerous times until one day a…
This week the 2 older boys have been spending their evenings at VBS. It’s been a fun little break from our usual routine of swim meets, dinner drama, neighborhood walks and evening meltdowns. Joe and I have been taking full advantage of 2 fewer kids. The other night we took the 2 littlest boys out…
