This year I’ve been intentional about making time for me. As a mom it’s easy to get caught up in all the details and to-do lists. If I want to be a great mom and wife I need to start with just being me. So I take time daily to work on my physical and spiritual well being. As a part of that I often go to the gym or do exercises at home. Wearing comfortable clothes while practicing yoga is a must. That is why I love Be Present and their line of yoga clothing that is not only comfortable but inspirational.

I received the Renew Ribbed Chakra Tank and I love it. It fits great and and is very comfortable. I wear it at least once a week to the gym and have received many compliments.
