Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

This is my first time ever making hummus. I’ve often thought about making it. I mean it looks pretty simple and it actually is pretty simple.

Ingredients
1 (16 oz.) can of Garbonzo beans
1/3 cup tahini
1/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup chopped roasted red pepper
salt and pepper

1. Mix the Garbonzo beans, tahini and lemon juice in your food processor. (If it gets a little think add a bit more lemon juice)
2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
3. Mix in Roasted Red Pepper

EAT!

I love making my own hummus. I can make it just the way I like it… not too thin, not too thick. A little more lemony and lots of red pepper!
