2026 Disneyland Vacation Packages Are Now Open!

Starting Wednesday, August 20, 2025, guests can officially book Disneyland Resort vacation packages and hotel stays for 2026. If Disneyland has been on your family’s wish list, now is the perfect time to start planning. What’s New at Disneyland for 2026?

Disney is introducing a few exciting updates for resort hotel guests beginning January 5, 2026. Here’s what you can expect:

New Lightning Lane Benefit for Hotel Guests

Guests staying at any of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels with valid admission and a park reservation will now receive:
✨ One Lightning Lane entry per stay for an attraction of their choice (from the Lightning Lane Multi Pass list, based on availability).

This change replaces the Early Entry program, but the new perk allows you to enjoy expedited access to some of Disneyland’s most popular attractions without having to set an early morning alarm.

⚠️ Keep in mind: Lightning Lane Single Pass attractions, like Radiator Springs Racers and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, are not included with this benefit.

Pixar Place Hotel Entrance Update

Also starting January 5, 2026, the Pixar Place Hotel entrance to Disney California Adventure Park will be unavailable as Disney works to enhance guest arrival experiences. Guests of Pixar Place Hotel can instead use the entrance inside Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.

These updates are part of Disney’s continued effort to optimize the guest experience while balancing demand and popularity.
