Top 10 Table Service Restaurants on the Disney Dining Plan

·

If you have the 2024 Disney Dining Plan, you will want to maximize the value of your credits. The best way to get the most for your money is to choose the pricier meals available. Especially if you have the free Disney Dining Plan, you want to get as much bang for your buck as possible.

If you have the Standard Disney Dining Plan, you will get one table service credit per night of your stay. There are several qualifying one-table service credit restaurants, but where can you get the most for your credit? The restaurants on this list have the highest price items available at a one-credit restaurant. The key to getting the most out of your dining plan is to order the most expensive items on the menu.

One-credit character meals or buffets are always great for your dining credit. Order steaks and seafood instead of vegetarian or plant-based items to get the most value from your dining credit. Signature restaurants and some character meals require two-table service credits, which are rarely worth spending two credits.

Best Table Service Meals on the Disney Dining Plan

10. Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood

Coronado Springs Resort

Located at the Coronado Springs resort, Toledo is the rooftop restaurant at Gran Destino Tower. It is a great use of Disney Dining Plan credits if you order steak or seafood.

9. San Angel Inn Restaurante

EPCOT, Mexico Pavilion

This is one of two table service restaurants at the Mexico pavilion in the World Showcase at EPCOT. San Angel Inn Restaurante is inside the pavilion, overlooking the Gran Fiesta Tour boat ride. The ambiance is exceptional, and the best dishes to order are Carne Asada at San Angel.

8. Via Napoli

EPCOT, Italy Pavilion

You may be tempted to order pizza a Via Napoli; however, you need to order a traditional Italian menu item for $40 or more to get the most bang for your buck. When paired with a glass of wine and an expensive dessert, Via Napoli is a great value on the Dining Plan.

7. Chefs De France

EPCOT, France Pavilion

Chefs de France is a popular restaurant among Disney fans. It has several expensive entrees, but the most expensive is the Filet de boeuf grille, sauce au poivre vert Gratin Dauphinois et haricots verts. Add a glass of wine or cocktail with a dessert, and your Dining Credit has been put to great use.

6. Garden Grill (Lunch or Dinner)

EPCOT, World Nature

The value in Garden Grill is less about the food and more about the character dining experience. The all-you-can-eat fare is a crowd favorite and usually an easier reservation to get than Chef Mickey’s.

5. Tutto Italia

EPCOT, Italy Pavilion

The menu at Tutto Italia changes frequently, so the higher-price options may not always be available. If the Mare e Monit or Bistecca is on the menu, this restaurant is an excellent choice, especially when you add an Italian decadent dessert and overpriced alcohol.

4. Boma

Animal Kingdom Lodge

The all-you-can-eat buffet at Boma is an easy way for adventurous eaters to try new options while still having options for those pickier eaters. Enjoy oak-roasted meats and coastal seafood dishes at dinner, adding on a unique South African wine. As a bonus, stop by the resort’s animal viewing areas to see giraffes, impalas, ostriches, and other animals.

3. Chef Mickey’s

Contemporary Resort

Chef Mickey’s is a wonderful character dining experience for families. Families with picky eaters will appreciate the all-you-can-eat buffet with standard American fare. Dining Credits are best used for dinner at Chef Mickey’s, especially during busier times of the year when prices peak.

2. Minnie’s Seasonal Dine at Hollywood & Vine

Hollywood Studios

Minnie’s Seasonal Dine at Hollywood & Vine is an underrated character buffet. Even though the buffet food is simple, it is quite good, and the character interactions are top-tier. The Fantasmic Dining Package addition gives prime value to this table service restaurant. You will be given vouchers for guaranteed seating at Fantasmic! in a reserved area along with your character meal.

1. ‘Ohana

Polynesian Village Resort

‘Ohana is one of the most coveted dining reservations at Walt Disney World institution. The atmosphere of Ohana, with views of Cinderella Castle and the Electrical Water Pageant, is unmatched. The value of using the Disney Dining Plan at ‘Ohana is that it is a pricey, all-you-can-eat, family-style restaurant.
