How to Set Up Parental Controls on Disney+
A parent may think that all things Disney are kid friendly but that is not the case. While Disney+ has a huge selection of kid-friendly content there are also shows and movies that are not appropriate for younger audiences. Thankfully, Disney+ offers a variety of Parental Control features.
Parental Control Features of Disney+
Kid Profiles
The easiest way to ensure children only view appropriate content is to create a Kid Profile. Creating separate profiles for each member of your household, allows you to set different parental control settings for each profile.
Content Ratings
Disney+ content is rated according to various age groups, including Little Kids, Older Kids, Teens, and Adults. You can set your parental controls to restrict access to content rated by level.
PIN-based Access
Set up a four-digit PIN code to restrict access to content rated above a selected level. This PIN code will be required to watch any restricted content or when profiles are switched.
