Weekly Meal Plan

Making a meal plan helps me stay sane, especially now that we are home a lot more. We eat almost all of our meals at home and I cook most them. (Occasionally we order out but usually only once a week)

For the past 8-9 months I’ve been getting Hello Fresh Meals delivered on Friday. This is nice because I don’t have to plan too much for my weekend meals. While I like Hello Fresh Meals I’m looking into other subscription meal boxes because I feel like we eat a lot of the same meals.

Here is our meal plan for this week:

Sunday – leftovers or mac and cheese for kids

Monday- Herby Chicken with Lem ony Pasta (Hello Fresh Meal)

Tuesday – Instant Pot Beef Stew

Wednesday – Ancho Chili Sloppy Joes with Potato Wedges (Hello Fresh Meals)

Thursday – Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken Tacos

Friday – Pizza (Family Movie Night)

Saturday – NEW Hello Fresh Meal
