Every Sunday I sit down and write out my plan for the week. All of my appointments, events and meals get written down. I also write down the goals I want to accomplish for the week because seeing them daily helps me keep site of what I need to make a priority.
I use this weekly planner that I print off once a week. I hang this planner either on my fridge or by my desk so I can see it often.
