Easy DIY Fall Banner

I’m not crafty but I do like to make special projects that kids can do, so the other day Jude and set out to make a simple fall banner.

Easy Fall Paper Banner

What could be simpler than cutting out rectangles and gluing them to a piece of string?

What you need to make a Fall Banner:

  • Craft Paper and/or construction paper in fall colors
  • Scissors
  • Glue Stick
  • String/Twine/Yarn

Directions

Fold a piece of paper in half and cut strips in varying widths. Continue for each color paper you wish to include in your banner

Apply glue to the fold of your cut strips of paper and attach to the string.

Done!

Craft Paper Fall Banner

That’s my kind of craft project.

You could really make a banner like this for just about any occasion using different color paper. Christmas. Easter. Birthday Parties. Baby Shower. Wedding.
And the best part, it probably cost less than $1 to make!
