Maternity Fashion: 4th of July
I don’t know what the weather is like where you are but here in North Carolina it’s HOT. My outdoor thermometer was reading 119 the other day, in the shade. (granted that thermometer is old and may not be very accurate but still, it’s not too far off base.) So, with the 4th of July tomorrow and the weather still blazing hot I put together a fun maternity outfit that is not only fashionable but also light and breezy.
Most of the pieces in this outfit are from Old Navy, with exception to the hat and handbag, which means it’s all pretty affordable. I’m totally in love with the maxi-skirt. Navy chevron stripes? Yes please. I like the idea of the hat but don’t know if I could pull it off. Otherwise this outfit is down right perfect.
I highly doubt we will be going anywhere for the 4th this year. The boys go to bed before most fireworks start and it it’s going to be 1000 degrees I’d rather stay at home and watch them on TV. But I’ll pretend we went to a spectacular event and I wore this festive outfit.
