Snack time is very important part of our day. When Jude doesn’t eat frequently his mood alters drastically, so I always have a snack on hand. I try to provide healthy yet tasty snacks and since he loves dried fruit I thought the new Dole Real Fruit Bites would be a hit. I was right.
He loved the real chunks of apples covered in yogurt and whole grain oats. Each pouch has 80-90 calories and it’s the prefect portion for a quick afternoon pick-me-up. In addition to the Apple flavor that we reviewed Dole also offers a pineapple and mango flavors.
I love that I’m giving Jude a healthy snack and he loves that he’s getting yogurt covered fruit which is a real treat in our house.
Dole Real Fruit Bites are available at select grocery stores and online for a suggested retail price of $3.29 for a packet of six pouches.

Board games make for great gifts but I’ve never heard of Cooperative Board games until Peaceable Kingdom introduced them to me. A cooperative game is a game where all players play together against a common obstacle, not against each other. Stack Up! is an award-winning cooperative game from Peaceable Kingdom that teacher preschoolers to work…
