Reorganization is a big part of spring cleaning in my home. Since I married my husband 2 and half years ago I’ve been slowly working on eliminating the clutter that came along with my hoarding husband. (OK he’s not that bad but he is a collector.) I’m very proud of him for all the de-cluttering and organizing he’s done so far. We living a small townhouse where space is premium and his 300+ count Star Wars figurine collection is daunting. Fortunately we are working out a great organization system thanks to Mabel’s Labels.
I find that clear plastic storage containers work best for storing all of our various collections. Labeling them is essential to keeping everything tidy and in place. Now Joe’s Star Wars toys have a nice, safe home under the stairs.
Once we started labeling things it just kept going and now we have our knitting materials, crafting, winter clothes, old baby clothes, maternity clothes, tools and much more all neatly organized and labeled.
About Mabel’s Labels
Mabel’s Labels was developed by a group of moms who were frustrated by the amount of stuff that left their houses, never to return. After lots of research and testing they created the perfect fun, durable labels for the stuff kids lose!
Their sticky labels and clothing labels, which are dishwasher, microwave and laundry safe, are not only practical, but also designed to be very special to each child. The labels are customized with a child’s name, favorite mix of colors and an icon (animal, symbol, etc.). They have also expanded their product line to include personalized stationery products, ID wristbands and household labels.

My kids always have a wish lists that a filled with random toys they saw advertised on TV or the internet. Most of the time they don’t even know what it is they are asking for. But throughout the year I try to pay attention to their interest and buy them gifts that I know…
One of the benefits of breastfeeding your baby is the bonding that takes place. Your baby can look up and see your face and knows that you are the one providing them with the awesome meal in which they are partaking. Most breastfeeding covers involve covering the baby’s head in addition to your breast. This…
Most of my reviews are for products which I was provided free of charge specifically for reviewing purposes. Well, I did receive these Christmas gifts free of charge but not for the intent of reviews. But as a mom review blogger I want to provide “honest” reviews of products I find and use so here…
Babies love to bounce. When Jude was little I always wanted to get an infant activity center for him but our previous home had no room for such an item. Now that we have a bigger place I thought I would spoil baby 2 a little with the Bright Starts Bounce-a-Bout. The Bounce-a-Bout Features: Ladybug…
We love taking road trips but often the kids get bored. Jude isn’t quite old enough to use markers or other art products without making a mess. However, Crayola understands that kids like being creative but mom and dad don’t always like the mess that creativity leaves behind, so they created Color Wonder. Crayola Color…
I’ll be honest. I’m not a huge reader, but I try to read a few books every year. I’ll be honest again: When I say “read,” I usually mean listen to the audio book. The Reasons I Love Audio Books I use Audible to download and listen to my audio books, they always have a…
