We are in the midst of a full-on potty training extravaganz here in the Lieb house. It hasn’t been one of those overnight successes but we are slowly gaining ground and heading toward a diaper free zone. (Only to be greeted with newborn diapers in a few weeks.) So in our efforts to conquer the potty we are employing the help of every possible tool we can find. Method’s new Mickey Mouse Foaming Hand Wash is only one of the many ways we’ve made using the bathroom a fun event.
Jude actually is obsessed with the stuff. We’ve always encouraged him to wash his hands even before potty training but until Mickey entered the picture is was always a bit of a struggle. Now our biggest struggle is getting him to stop washing his hand. I really like the fresh lemonade scent of the foaming soap and Jude just loves the bubbles!
Method offers both Mickey and Minnie shaped soap dispensers in two difference scents: lemonade for Mickey and strawberry for Minnie.

I have heard so many great things about Tommee Tippee but had never tried any of their products until recently. I received the Explora Li’l Sippee Sipper Cup in Pink and Purple. I have no problem with Jude using Pink and Purple sippy cups, in fact he loves pink. The Explora Li’l Sippee Sipper Cup: Soft Spout…
Now that I’m a parent I am beginning to understand some of the decisions my parents made when I was younger. I all too often pull out my “jump-to-conclusions mat” and assign a punishment to Jude before truly assessing the situation. In Season 2 of The Middle, Axl leaves his dirty smelly socks lying around…
A few months ago I introduced Jude to Veggie Tales with the release of Pistachio. At the beginning of the Pistachio DVD there is preview for Sweet Pea Beauty, which Jude found absolutely amazing. So when I was given the opportunity to review the newest release from Big Idea Pictures, VeggieTales: Sweet Pea Beauty –…
My boys LOVE chocolate milk. TruMoo Chocolate has a special February flavor, Chocolate Marshmallow that is available at Target stores, Walgreens and local grocery stores. It hit the shelves on January 26th but because of our recent snow storm that Target store across the street from our house did have it yet so we opted…
When I started The B Keeps Us Honest I thought it would be simple, write a few posts, do a few reviews, la de da…. little did I know that running a giveaway blog takes a LOT of work. From writing post, maintaining relationships with clients, PR reps and readers it is essentially it’s a…
I’m a minimalist when it comes to baby gear. I don’t want bulky, heavy baby gear that takes up a ton of space. With 3 kids I don’t have the time or energy to deal with extra stuff. So for the past 5 years we’ve primarily used a simple umbrella stroller. It’s light-weight, easy to…
