Earth Day is April 22nd so for the whole month of April my family will be focusing on ways to save the earth. The first way we are focusing on is water conservation. Australian based, Ripple Products is a design business focused on social behavioral change. Their product solutions are tools that enable and facilitate more responsible water consumption and energy usage.
We put the Ripple Digital Shower Timer in our bathroom to ensure we using water conservatively. The Ripple shower timer is a clock with a timer, to let you know when your shower time is up. It is waterproof, steam proof and shatter proof with batteries included. Quick set-up instructions are on the pack and for more details are found on our website. We also received the Ripple Water Saving Shower Curtain which reminds you to save water.
Since we started using the Ripple Digital Shower Time we have become more aware of the length of our showers. Specifically Joe, who wakes up early for work and sometimes dozes off while showering. It has not only be helpful in saving water, but money and making sure he gets to work on time.
“Studies have shown: having a digital timer in your shower can reduce your shower water consumption by up to 27%”

Maternity Fashion is probably my favorite type of fashion. You really get to emphasize your growing belly and it’s just fun. After 3 pregnancies some of my maternity clothes are long past being “in style” and are actually wearing out so I’m indulging in a few new fashionable maternity pieces this time around. I just…
As a woman I’m a little more aware of style where my husband’s methodology is if it fits and is clean, wear it. So any gift giving holiday is a great time to slip a few trendier pieces into his wardrobe. When I first met Joe he primarily work khaki pants and a black shirt….
My long hair is a pain to brush, especially when it’s wet. I recently tried The Wet Brush and was shocked at how well the Wet Brush was able to comb through stubborn knots and tangles. The Wet Brush’s Intelliflex bristles make for easy and pain free de-tangling. And of course the Wet Brush isn’t…
I know what you’re thinking. “Socks as a Valentine’s Day gift? She’s crazy.” Ok I may be a little kooky but I think Oberon Socks make a great gift for any occasion. I know my husband loves his Oberon Socks. He has The Brown Obie socks and often wears them to work. I mean what…
When we go to the gym or church I always make sure Jude’s things are in order and we have count of what belong to us. It’s easy for the works to forget what belongs to which child so why not make it easy on them and just label all of you stuff. I received…
