The Mint Party Recap
The party was a success! Thank you big time to The Mint for hosting such a fabulous event. The evening was perfect… the weather, the food, the people… I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I was a little nervous no one would come to my party but it turned out to be the perfect size. I was able to have real conversations with everyone and still enjoy the night.
The Mint set us on their fabulous patio and provided a delicious selection of hor d’ourves and a cash bar. They first brought out a fruit and cheese plate which I could have eaten entirely by myself. Then they brought us mini beef wellingtons, crab cakes with aioli sauce and egg rolls. It was all very yummy.
Since I do a lot of giveaways on The B I thought it only appropriate to do a few live giveaways. Plus it is a great way to connect my local readers with local businesses. Several local businesses donated door prizes and everyone was super excited about the opportunity to win one of the 9 prizes.

I really can’t thank The Mint enough for this opportunity to get out of the house and meet so many of my online friends in person. I would recommend The Mint to anyone looking for a romantic date night or sophisticated group event in Raleigh, North Carolina. The staff at The Mint took such great care of us and had exceptional customer service, not to mention the food was fabulous. I’m really looking forward to the next time I can visit The Mint, maybe on a date night.
