Jell-O Review + Giveaway

I’ve said this a thousand time and I will say it again, I love chocolate. Chocolate bars, chocolate cake, chocolate ice cream, chocolate pudding, etc… However, while in a recent class at the gym someone asked the instructor the best way to lose your belly flab. My ears perked up as I listened in on this conversation. Any mom with her post-baby pooch wants to know the secret to getting rid of it. The instructor said there are two main things you need to do to lose your belly flab cardio and cut back on sugar. Now I can do cardio all day long but cut out the sugar… are you crazy? I need my chocolate.
So here I am working on a meal plan trying to come up with every way I can think of to reduce my caloric and sugar intake while still satisfying my love for chocolate.
