Pretend play is an important part of a child’s development and what better way to play pretend than with puppets. Received an adorable Cate and Levi bear puppet for Jude’s birthday.
He loves for me to tickle him with the puppet and make it talk and sing silly songs. I’ve tried to get him to wear it but he just laughs and pulls it off. I’m sure eventually he’ll be putting on puppet shows of his own.
I really love that all Cate and Levi products are made from recycled materials and that they are each unique. There isn’t another puppet exactly like the one Jude has which makes it super special, just like him.
About Cate and Levi
The Cate & Levi Collection is handmade in Toronto, Canada. All the materials are sourced as close to home as possible. This process cuts down on shipping and reduces our carbon footprint. The choice of reclaimed wool reduces demand for new materials that require both water and oil for production. The goal is for these items to leave the softest possible pawprint on our planet. No two Cate & Levi products will ever be the same. Each one is made from reclaimed wool whose colors and textures are individually selected. Not only is this process environmentally responsible, but it ensures that each animal is truly a one of a kind creation never to be duplicated. Each item is as unique as the child who adopts it.
Giveback – Ten percent of Cate and Levi profits will be donated to funds that help children in need.

With Jude nearing the end of his diaper journey and baby two’s upcoming arrival I thought it would be nice to expand my one-size diaper collection. The latest and greatest one-size diaper is the SoftBums Omni Diapering System. What makes the Omni Diaper so great? It’s versatile. It is the first Muti-Purpose Pocket – It’s…
I have a hard time justifying purchasing a nursing shirt. I mean I shouldn’t have to purchase a whole new wardrobe just to nurse my baby. Nursing bras, yes those are a good investment and nursing tanks are OK but the straps get a little out of control. That is why I like Undercover Mama,…
Jude loves toys that you have to assemble and he loves cars, so what could be better than the new Roary Building Car from K’NEX? One of Jude’s favorite features of Roary the Race Car is his face. He loves to make Roary sad with a frown and happy with a smile. It’s a great…
One of the challenges I face with Homeschooling Jude is his insatiable appetite for learning. He needs to be constantly consuming or regurgitation information almost constantly. I think it’s awesome that he loves to learn but it can also become burdensome when I also have to keep 2 toddlers entertained. So we have started to…
I’ve been using Jarrow probiotics on and off for several years and have always loved the results I see when using them. Whenever I’ve been pregnant in the past I’ve use them to help regulate bowel movements and keep my pH levels balanced. And with my babies and kids I’ve used Jarrow probiotics to help…
Tomorrow, Saturday, September 7th is National Clean Out Your Garage Day. Our garage has been a catch-all for things we didn’t know what to do with after we moved it. It’s now been over a year since we moved and we are finally getting around to cleaning out the garage. Purging, organizing and a whole…
