SOS! The Six O’clock Scramble to the Rescue Review + Giveaway

·

We all say we want to feed our families nutritious and healthy meals but you get so caught up in life that you default to fast and easy. And often fast and easy equals unhealthy. It’s actually fairly simple to provide healthy meals for your family, it just takes a little planning. It’s a lot easier when someone else does all the planning for you. Like, SOS! The Six O’Clock Scramble to the Rescue

SOS! is much more than just a cookbook, it provides meal plans, tips, and information to help you make the best food choices for your family. There is even a great online resource you can join called, The Scramble.  I particularly like how the weekly meal plans are categorized by season so you can use the best in season fruits and vegetables. Not only providing you with prime produce but typically when vegetables are in season they are cheaper.
There are so many delicious and easy recipes in the SOS! cookbook even the most picky eater are sure to find something they will love. My family is not picky, in fact they crave variety so I particularly like that I have an arsenal of dishes at hand.
