Tap water can taste weird. I mean you never know exactly where it comes from or what might be growing in your pipes. It’s become common place to have a water filter in your home but how do you know what makes a great water filter and does it actually work. Well the ZeroWater Pitcher works and lets you know that it’s doing it’s job. I love that the ZeroWater Pitcher comes with a TDS Meter so you can check each glass of water. (TDS stands for Total Dissolved Solids, and represents the amount of dissolved substances in parts per million in the water we drink. These substances can negatively affect the way your water tastes.)
We tested our regular tap water, old filter and the ZeroWater pitcher. I was surprised that the TDS of our old filter was only slightly lower than the regular tap water. The water is not only better for us but tastes better too.
My only complaint would be the filter reservoir is too small. I’d like to be able to filter more water at once. Other than that I love the ZeroWater pitcher.

To say my boys like Star Wars in an understatement. The only think I think they might like MORE than Star Wars is Angry Birds Star Wars. For Christmas Jude got a few Angry Birds Star Wars games and he loves them! May 4th is Star Wars Day (May the Fourth be with you.)…
I love personalized Christmas photo cards. It used to be you had to pay an arm and a leg to have your holiday cards personalized by a professional designer or photographer. But with all of the great internet sites, like Cardstore.com you can find beautifully designed cards for just about an occasion. We chose the Mommy…
Last Sunday we celebrated Jude’s 3rd birthday with a small gathering of family and friends. Jude spent the afternoon swimming in my parents pool, playing with his cousins and enjoying cake and ice cream. All of his favorite things. He recently discovered the Cars movies and with the recent release of Cars 2 I though…
Every Christmas my family has a big family get-together where we celebrate Christmas by eating too much and exchanging gifts. You know just like everyone else in America. My family is pretty big so it’s hard to have full place setting for everyone. We typically have some cobbled together, mismatched pieces of tableware and while…
When I was pregnant with Jude one of the first things I added to my registry was BabyLegs. I mean they are so adorable how could I not get a pair for my new baby? Here is Jude, only a few weeks old, wearing his first pair of BabyLegs. Today, he is 2 1/2 years…
Jude is a little Houdini. Since he was about 15 months old he’s been able to get out of his old car seat. No matter how tight we adjusted the straps he still managed to get out. We’ve made our fair share of emergency stops along the interstate to put him back into his seat….
