Hi-Tec Review + Giveaway

My husband is an eagle scout. Yes, I married a boy scout! So growing up he spent many weekends and summer vacations hiking and camping. He knows his stuff, especially the good gear. So he was thrilled when we were given the opportunity to review the Altitude Ultra WPi Hi-Tec hiking boots. As a teenager he owned a pair of Hi-Tec boots and absolutely loved them. I think he loves his new boots just as much, maybe even more. We are planning a trip to the mountains of NC sometime in the spring where we hope to take Jude on his first hike and Joe’s new boots will come get put to good use.

He hasn’t had much time to really break-in the boots but he is excited about the vibram soles and the ion-mask™ hydro-management technology. He also commented that compared to his first pair of Hi-Tec boots, 15 years ago, Hi-Tec still makes a great shoe but has made some great improvements.
