Disney’sThe Haunted Mansion, releasing on Friday, July 28, is partnering with U.S. Ghost Adventures (Raleigh Ghosts) for an exclusive haunted tour at 8 p.m. on Saturday, July 22.
About the Raleigh Ghost Tour
The Raleigh Ghosts tour meets at The State Capitol at 1 E Morgan St, Raleigh, NC 27601 (at the benches in front of the building, near the statue).
Explore historical evidence behind the city’s most infamous haunts and ghosts with Raleigh Ghosts and hear true accounts of the city’s most famous ghosts and hauntings. Whether you’re a lifelong resident of Oak City or just passing through on vacation, a Ghost tour is the perfect way to learn about Raleigh’s unique history. Intertwined with fascinating, true stories, this tour highlights stories you may not find in history books.
During The Haunted Mansion Ghost tour, attendees will receive official Haunted Mansion movie posters, passes to an early movie screening on July 25, and participate in a special Haunted Mansion trivia event.
Two lucky winners (if they dare) will have the chance to win overnight stays at a REAL haunted mansion, the most haunted house in America, the Lizzie Borden House! Second-place prizes will include a customized Lizzie Borden Axe, and third-place winners will be given a Lily Doll. Lily is not just a doll but a totem that can protect against ghosts and spirits, such as those featured in the Haunted Mansion movie.
It’ll be an hour-long ghost tour to see a darker side of North Carolina’s capital that is rarely revealed. From ghosts of former governors to spectral cats, hear true stories of real encounters and hauntings, and you’ll experience it all on the haunted streets of Raleigh.
