Our Spooky Jack-O-Lantern with Pumpkin Masters
The other night we had a family Pumpkin carving party. Well, mostly it was Joe and I cutting up pumpkins while the little ones looked on but Jude helped when possible and he absolutely loved it. He help clean out the pumpkin using the Pumpkin Masters scoop, he selected the Mummy Template and he traced the template onto the pumpkin.
For the first time ever Joe cut out the bottom of the pumpkin rather than the top and while it was a little difficult to balance because of the stem I really like the way it looks and it didn’t make carving the pumpkin any more difficult. We used the Pumpkin Masters Kids Carving Kit with eyes because we wanted Jude to participate.
I really like the little knife tools they include in the kits because they are easy to manage and much safe than typical kitchen knives.
